We live in a time where modern media, politics, and economic worries constantly bombard us with stress and anxiety. The purpose of this assault is to dissolve our resistance, demoralizing us to the point of retreat and submission. It's time to take control of your mental well-being and build the resilience needed to navigate these turbulent times. What I propose is simple, a community-based challenge for the month of October that aims to reinforce the basic habits that keep us grounded in truth. Together, we can focus on reclaiming our health, instilling better patterns of beahvior, and building ourselves to a more resilient state of being. There is no future ahead if we cannot find methods of building communities that support and emphasize personal resilience against degeneration.

UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM

There are many who wish to exploit the basic reward systems of your physiology. The ‘how’ is variable but the ‘why’ is much more direct. The aims of the programming are clear: to erode your capacity to reject complete assimilation into ‘The Current Thing.’ Fueling this desire is the unending hunger to create a flattened egalitarian anti-culture, free of natural distinction and self-discernment. The end result is a remarkably dysgenic and unhealthy population. Nothing you don’t already know.

If they can’t win your mind through pleasure, they’ll subvert your defenses. The greater the stress a population undergoes, the easier that population is to manipulate. Whether it’s to redirect your efforts into a passive consumption or to antagonize you into reaction, the goal is always to take advantage of your anxiety and insecurity. Under the right circumstances and influences, human action can be engineered. There are many playbooks written, all presenting different methodologies to take advantage of this fact. A commonality among all of them is the need to override the default nature that would reject the incoming proposition. The malleability of human desire is more simple than many give it credit.

This conquest is curated through the exploitation of the human desire for vice and overindulgence. Despite their dismissal of human nature, they know all too well what pacifies the human spirit and makes it comfortably numb. Should these malevolent agents fail in getting you to accept access to cheap dopamine, they will aim to provoke you into a state of agitation to encourage an emotional reaction. Corporate media sits in waiting, loving nothing more than a negative stereotype of their preferred enemy. As it stands, the pressure is on us as the non-reactants. We are placed in a position where we require the highest degrees of discipline, self-control, and steady-handedness. We don’t have the luxury to be afforded mistakes and we are forced into a condition where we must be composed to a greater degree than our ideological opponents. While we may rationally understand the limits of our discipline, we all too easily lose grip on the ability to keep our guilty pleasures restrained. To a great extent, human physiology has become a territory war.

As has been said before, the demoralization is the point. It’s a feature of the current order as it agitates and provokes any mindset that is opposed to the current trajectory of the culture. It gives its subjects a clear target in which to hold animosity and it nudges dissent further into retreat and isolation. Anyone left with a functioning sense of a civilizational responsibility feels the dread of the coming future. A way forward is far from being made clear but we must consider what can be done in our current state.

CAN WE BREAK THE PROGRAMMING?

The entropy of modernity effects everything, and the only way to sustain ourselves is with an intentional focus on the active rituals that support a more authentic future. Once you see the game for what it is, you find solace in knowing that it is a product of it’s own need for self-reinforcement. You become aware that YOU are the actual medium that allows it to continue, and grow, and develop. The answer to the problem is found in what you allow to entertain your mind. Allowing yourself to react or respond is what gives it life. The psy-op ends when you choose to stop reacting.

A true solution isn’t about abandoning all contact with the modern world. We cannot retreat into further isolation, as that only cedes more ground to the enemy and is unrealistic to achieve at scale. If we are destined to live in society that is managed by psy-ops, we might as well have our own psy-ops that are focused towards ends that facilitate healthier lives. One thing is clear when studying conflicts of the past, the only answer to propaganda is for you yourself to have better propaganda in response.

This is what I intend to bring to life. If not a direct counterforce to current cultural programming, an opportunity to find reprieve and self-assessment. Little can be done if we take this on individually, which is why I’m leveraging a community aspect to this challenge. Without further delay, let’s review the challenge itself.

MK-SWOLTRA

For the month of October, we commit to set of practices that counteract regime propaganda. We make a serious commitment to deprogram ourselves from the psychological onslaught. In practice, it doesn’t take much.

I’ve put together a proposed list of commitments that can be accomplished on a weekly or daily basis. Each of which plays a significant role in improving the resiliency of your health, cognition, and social bonds.

The commitments are simple and direct. Each one an area that grants more control over your stress-response by encouraging physiological resilience. Additionally, I’ve put together a group telegram chat as space to share strategies, feedback, and insights. Making this a community-based project is important to offer some skin-in-the-game and real time accountability.

A one month commitment is remarkably low stakes. The emphasis behind this project is not centered around the difficulty. This SHOULD be easy and occur with relatively little friction. The true spirit of this project is rooted in its NECESSITY. We all require a respite from the ever-flowing stream of doom-posting, cheap dopamine hits, and manufactured anxieties stirred up to provoke our limbic system. The same can be said for the post-project effects. This will not and should not be a life altering experience. It will be worth the time to note the exact specifics of how you feel, but ideally, you feel remarkably normal by the time it concludes. My intention is to showcase exactly how little effort it takes to reclaim a feeling of normalcy. With just a modicum of effort given to detach from the firehouse of degeneracy and spiritual bankruptcy of the modern world, you can make inroads in reclaiming some semblance of a healthy state of mind.

Don’t get me wrong. Our problems will still be problems come November. While there is a natural inclination to deny anything that isn’t a complete total answer to our problems, it is unrealistic and impatient. All forward gains in territory will come in inches, not miles. It must be accepted that we are in a spiritual struggle. A holy war for the soul.
